We are a full service veterinary hospital with two clinics to serve you at other locations offering you the very latest in technology to diagnose and treat your pets. Stafford Veterinary Hospital has been serving the Ocean County and surrounding area since 1965 when Dr. John Hauge established Stafford Veterinary Hospital in his home. With the help of many friends, family, patients, and clients it has evolved into what it is today - a staff of very dedicated, loyal people with one goal in mind: to practice the most up-to-date quality of medicine possible.

Call us at 609-597-7571 (for both locations) during regular business hours to schedule an appointment for us to see you and your pet. If your pet needs a check-up, vaccines, surgery, pet supplies, somewhere to stay while you are away or should be injured or sick, we are here for you.

Your call will be received by an answering service after hours. If one of the doctors is not available to speak with you, our service will direct you to the closest facility to your home with 24 hour emergency medical care. Follow up care is done at our hospital the next morning. Depending on your location, we recommend:

Stafford Veterinary Hospital offers scheduled hospital tours and presentations to local schools, civic organizations and organized groups. These tours give children a better idea of how we care for animals and the treatment that occurs in various parts of the hospital. These tours must be scheduled in advance.
